fantastic apartment, amazing stay!
clean rooms working amenities friendly staff professional staff
I found the rooms really nice and clean. all the amenities worked perfectly. It was pleasing to see them there. the trip was great, owing to the stay. the staff were friendly and professional. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them.
The hotel was just a little badly maintained. There was a flickering light in the kitchen.

The apartment upgrade gave us more room. Kitchen facilities was superb. The location allowed easy walks everywhere. This was great. We stored luggage in lockers after check-out, prior to our flight.
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear doors slamming in other apartments throughout the night. This impacted my sleep.

The apartment had a good size. It had all the necessary things for a stay. The bed was also comfortable. The hotel is close to Haymarket station. You can connect to the airport using the tram.

genuine warmth helpful staff odd layout water puddle
The staff showed genuine warmth. I found the car park large, clean, and easy to use. The friendly and helpful staff pleased me. The reception is manned all day and night.
The layout felt odd and inconvenient. Doors were heavy. I had to prop open the doors to not feel claustrophobic. There were no luggage stands? The shower design caused a water puddle and mold.
